Chinese authorities have released guidelines to promote the recycling of decommissioned wind-power and photovoltaic equipment, the National Development and Reform Commission, the country's economic planner, announced Thursday.The guidelines state that the country will actively build a recycling system of wind-power and photovoltaic equipment, covering green design, standardized recycling, high-value utilization, harmless disposal and other links in the recycling chain.

近年来，我国新能源家当快速发展，风电、光伏等新能源设备大量运用，装机规模稳居环球第一。随着家当加快升级和设备更新换代，新能源设备将面临批量退役问题。辅导见地明确，积极构建风电和光伏设备循环利用体系，补齐风电、光伏家当链绿色低碳循环发展末了一环。
综合考虑家当发展阶段、设备类型、退役情形等成分，辅导见地分2025年、2030年两个阶段，从任务机制、标准体系、技能创新、家当造就等方面提出了退役风电、光伏设备循环利用的事情目标。
辅导见地还支配了6方面重点任务，包括大力推进绿色设计、建立健全退役设备处理任务机制、完善设备回收体系、强化资源再生利用能力、稳妥推进设备再制造、规范固体废弃物无害化处置。
