包装条款（Packing Clause）紧张包括商品包装的办法、材料、包装用度和运输标志等内容。一样平常采取的办法有笼统表示和详细规定两种。常日只有在双方达到共识时才利用笼统表示方法。比如以下描述：customary packing; seaworthy packing; packing suitable for long distance; 等等。 如：
To be packed in wooden cases, 30 pieces per case of 40 yd each.
木箱装，每箱装30匹，每匹40码。
In iron drum of 25kg net each. 铁桶装，每桶净重25公斤。
To be packed in polypropylene woven bags, 50kg each, gross for net. The bags should be fairy good in quality and suitable for ocean transportation, on which the name of the goods, weight, country of origin and package date should be written / marked in English.
用聚丙烯体例包装袋，每包重50公斤，以毛重作净重，包装袋质量良好，适于海运，包装袋上用英语写上品名、重量、原产国别和包装日期。

The Sellers shall be liable for any damage of the commodity and expenses incurred on account of improper packing and for any rust attributable to inadequate or improper protective measures taken by the sellers in regard to the packing.
一纸盒装4打，每一个40英尺集装箱装满545个纸箱的货色,总计两40尺集装箱。由于包装不当和任何锈损不充分或欠妥善的防护方法由卖方对付包装所造成的，卖方应该承担货色的丢失和用度。

The packing of the goods shall be preventive from dampness, rust, moisture, erosion and shock, and shall be suitable for ocean transportation/ multiple transportation. The Seller shall be liable for any damage and loss of the goods attributable to the inadequate or improper packing. The measurement, gross weight, net weight and the cautions such as "Do not stack upside down", "Keep away from moisture", "Handle with care" shall be stenciled on the surface of each package with fadeless pigment.
货色应具有防潮、防锈蚀、防震并适宜于远洋运输的包装，由于货色包装不良而造成的货色残损、灭失落应由卖方卖力。卖方应在每个包装箱上用不褪色的颜色标明尺码、包装箱号码、毛重、净重及“此端向上”、“防潮”、“小心轻放”等标记。
Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the goods shall be packed by taking the standard protective measures applicable to the export. Such packing shall be suitable for long distance ocean/air and inland transportation and well protected against dampness, moisture, shock, rust and rough handling. Any damage and loss caused by inadequate or improper packing shall be borne by the Seller.
除非条约另有解释，否则货色须按出口标准的保护方法包装。该包装应适用于长途海运或空运和要地本地运输，并防潮、防湿、防震、防锈和耐粗暴搬运。卖方需承担由于不敷够或不适当包装而造成货色的任何危害和丢失。
All or any part of the packages must be in conformity with the requirements specified in the sanitary and phytosanitary laws and regulations of China.
全部包装或包装的任一部分均应知足中国动植物卫生检疫法律、法规的规定。
On the surface of each package, the package number, measurements, gross weight, net weight, lifting position, warning words such as “THIS SIDE UP”, “HANDLE WITH CARE”, “KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE” and the following shipping mark shall be indicated by the use of steel seal so as to be fadeless and easy for reading:
在每一个包装的表面，利用钢印盖上不褪色、易读的包装号码、尺寸、毛重、净重、搬运位置和类似“此端向上”、“小心轻放”、“切勿受潮”等警告字样和以下的唛头：
The Supplier shall have the Contract Goods packed strongly and shall take measure to protect the Contract Goods from moisture, rain, rust, corrosion and shock, etc. According to their different shape and special features as to withstand numerous handling, loading and unloading as well as long-distance sea and inland transportation and to ensure the safe arrival of the Goods at the Contract site without any damage or corrosion, The Supplier shall be liable for any rust, damage and loss caused by inadequate or improper packing provided by the Supplier. For the wood packing materials, Supplier shall have the package fumigation treated as per the regulations of the Administration and furnish Fumigation certificate.
卖方应供应货色运至条约规定的终极目的地所须要的包装，以防止货色在转运中破坏或变质。这类包装应采纳防潮、防晒、防锈、防堕落、防震撼及防止其他破坏的必要保护方法，从而保护货色能够经受多次搬运、装卸及远洋和要地本地的长途运输。卖方答允担由于其包装或其防护方法欠妥而引起货色锈蚀、破坏和丢失的任何丢失的任务或用度。对付木质包装材料，应按照考验检疫局的规定进行熏蒸处理，并出具有关熏蒸证明。
The export package suitable for ocean transportation is packed by retrenchment machine, wrapped in linen, cotton-cloth or other wrapping, banding tightly by strong iron or thick iron-wire. The net weight of each package is about pounds (kg), with an average volume of cubic meters. Provided that the trade terms of FOB, FOB STOWED, FAS VESSEL are applied, if the gross weight per ton exceeds the stipulated volume, the excess part of freight will be born by seller.
适宜于海运的紧缩机出口包装，外裹夏布、棉布或其他包皮，用稳定的打包铁皮或粗铁丝箍紧。每包净重约 磅（公斤），均匀体积 立方米。在适用FOB、FOB STOWED、FAS VESSEL 贸易术语交易的情形下，如果每吨毛重超过规定的体积，其超过部分的运费则由卖方包袱。
The goods will be packed in strong wooden case(s) or carton(s) or containers, appropriate for long-distance ocean and land transport and changing climate and resistant to moisture, rust and shocks. The Seller shall be liable for any damage or loss of the goods caused by improper packing or rust attributable to inadequate protective measures in packing.
以坚固的木箱或纸箱或集装箱包装,并能防潮、防湿、防震、防锈,适宜于远程海运、陆运，由于采取不适当或欠妥当的包装而引起货色生锈、破坏、丢失其任务应由卖方承担。
The concentrates shall be shipped in bags in containers within 30 days after the date of L/C.
货色按包进行包装，装入集装箱内，并于信用证日期后的30天之内安排装船。
唛头：卖方应在每件包装上，用不褪色油墨清楚地标刷件号、尺码、毛重、净重、“此端向上”、“小心轻放”等字样，并刷有下列唛头：
SHIPPING MARK：On the surface of each package, the package number ,measurements, gross weight, net weight, the lifting positions, such cautions as “DO NOT STACK UP SIDE DOWN”， “HANDLE WITH CARE” and the following shipping mark shall be stenciled legibly in fadeless paint:
除非条约另有规定，包装应由卖方卖力。卖方交付的所有设备应具有适宜远洋和陆地运输和多次搬运、装卸、新的、坚固的木箱包装，卖方应根据设备的特点和须要采纳防潮、防雨、防锈、防震、防堕落和防其它危害等必要的保护方法，以担保条约设备安全无损地运抵事情现场。
Provided other stipulated, the Seller is responsible for packing. All equipments supplied by Seller should packed with new, solid wooden case suitable for ocean and inland transportation, repeatedly transmit, load and unload. According to the characteristic and requirement of these equipment, the Seller should take necessary protective measures of damp proof, rain-proof, rusty proof, shockproof, corrosion-proof and other measures, in order to convoy the all equipment into work sites without any damage.
卖方对包装箱内和捆内的各散装部件均应系加标签，注明条约号、主机名称、本部件名称以及部件在散装图中的位号、零件号。备件和工具除注明上述内容外，还需注明“备件”或“工具”字样。
The Seller makes label on every bulk part inside of packing case and bundle, indicating the contract Nos., the name of main machine, the name of part, the position Nos. and Part Nos. in bulk diagram. Besides above label, the words of spare part or tools should be made on them in addition for spare parts and tools.
卖方应在每件包装箱的毗邻四个侧面上，用不褪色的油漆以明显易见的英笔墨样印刷以下标记：
表达一：The Seller should print in evident English below marks, on the adjoining four side face of every packing case with fadeless paint:
表达二：The Seller shall, on four (4) adjacent sides of each package, mark conspicuously the following items in English with indelible paint:
A．条约号； Contract No.
B．唛头标记； Shipping Mark;
C．目的港； Destination;
D．收货人； Consignee;
E．条约设备名称及项号； Name of Contract Equipment and Item No.;
F．箱号/件号； Case No./Bale No.;
G．毛重/净重； Gross/Net weight;
H．尺码（长x宽x高，以毫米表示） Measurement (length X width X height in cm).
凡重量为2吨或超过2吨的条约设备，应在包装箱的四个侧面以英文及 国际贸易运输常用的标记、图案标明重量及挂绳和重心肠位，以便装卸搬运。根 据设备的特点和装卸、运输上的不同哀求,在包装箱上应以英文明显地印刷“轻 放”、“勿颠倒”、“防雨”等字样以及相同的国际贸易通用的标记图案。
Should the Contract Equipment weight 2 or more than 2 metric tons, the weight, gravity and hoisting position shall be marked in English and with international trade transportation practice marks illustrative marks on the four adjacent sides of each case so as to facilitate and loading, unloading and handling. In accordance with the characteristics and different requirements in loading, unloading and shipping different equipment, the package shall be conspicuously marked with "HANDLE WITH CARE", "RIGHT SIDE UP", "KEEP DRY", etc, in English and with appropriate international trade practice marks and illustrative marks.
所供货色必须由卖方妥善包装，适宜远洋和长途要地本地运输，防潮，防湿、防震，防锈，任何由于卖方包装不善而造成的丢失由卖方包袱。
All Products must be well packed against dampness, moisture, shock and rust by Seller and be suitable for ocean and long-distance inner land carriage. Seller shall be responsible for any loss and damages due to improper packing.
每项产品均应贴上产地标示之标纸及买方指定之标签
Production area mark and Buyer’s designated label shall be affixed to each Product.
每项产品除买方指定之牌号笔墨外不得有任何其它暗号，牌号或笔墨
No sign, trademark or wording shall appear on each Product, except for Buyer’s designated trademark.
所有产品包装（含 内盒及外箱）皆须印ITEM NO.及Q’TY，并需用透明胶带封口，不得打钉。
The packaging (including inner box and outer carton) of all Products must be printed item number and quantity and must be sealed by scotch tape without any nails.
所有产品皆须附解释书，组合图连同五金螺丝装入“零件袋”后以胶带贴在纸箱上。
Instruction books, combination drawing together with hardware snails shall be packaged into “accessory bag” and affixed to the cartons of all Products.
凡易碎品（玻璃、镜片、大理石、陶瓷等）之外箱皆须注明易碎暗号及FRAGILE,DO NOT STEP ON 及 TOP LOAD ONLY。
Each carton of fragile commodity (glass, lens, marble, pottery, etc.) shall be marked with the frangibility sign and other wording of “FRAGILE,DO NOT STEP ON and TOP LOAD ONLY ”.
所有产品均须擦拭清洁后才可包装入箱。
All products shall not be packaged into carton unless they are wiped clean.
In standard Philips Export Packing and seaworthy materials for marine transportation.
应以适宜海运的材料用标准的飞利浦出口包装进行包装。
包装:货品必须储存于一个塑料袋中，然后装在单个的塑料周转箱中。塑料周转箱规格为40x60x23cm或买方认可的其他规格。为了担保质量，塑料袋由买方供应.
Packing: Goods must be stored in a plastic bag and then be put in an individual plastic crate. Plastic Crates，size 40 x 60 x 23cm. or other sizes approved by the Buyer. The plastic bags will be provided by the Buyer to guarantee the quality.
唛头：由买方指定，在周转箱两侧用英文填写，详细如下:
Shipping Marks: to be determined by the Buyer. At least two sides of the crates must be marked in English as follows:

目的港: Port of destination 品名: Cultivar: 规格: Size 数量: Quantity
Unless otherwise specified, all Work is to be packed in accordance with good commercial practice.
除非另有规定，所有事情将按照良好的商业老例进行包装。
A complete packing list shall be enclosed with all shipments. Supplier shall mark containers or packages with necessary lifting, loading, and shipping information, including the Contract number, item number, dates of shipment, and the names and addresses of consignor and consignee. Bills of lading shall include this Contract number.
所有货色应随附一份完全的装箱单。供应商应在容器或包装上供应 必要的吊装、装载和运输信息，包括本公司条约编号、项目编号、装运日期以及托运人和收货人的名称和地址。提单上应包含条约编号。
