Video Games
My mom doesn't like video games.
One day, I had some friends over. We were playing video games and I was winning!
Just then, my mom walked in the room and clicked off the television. I was so mad! Even worse, I felt really silly in front of my friends.
Then, my mom handed me a football and said, "Alright, you kids. Outside for some fresh air. I don't want to see you inside for at least one hour!"
"An hour? It's cold outside!" we all said.
"Then put on your jackets and run around. You'll warm up!"
Sadly, we all went outside.
Then, Jimmy threw the ball a long way and I caught it. We chased each other around and fell in the dirt. And we started a football game. It was a lot of fun. Before we knew it, two hours had passed.
That day I learned that although video games are fun, nothing compares to real fun!

妈妈不喜好电子游戏。
一天，我请了一些朋友过来。我们在玩电子游戏，我赢了!
就在这时，妈妈走进房间，关掉了电视。我太生气了!更糟糕的是，我在朋友面前以为自己很傻。

“一个小时?表面好冷啊!”我们都说。
“然后穿上你们的夹克，到处跑。你会暖和起来的!”
不幸的是，我们都出去了。
然后，吉米把球扔到很远的地方，我接住了。我们相互追逐，末了倒在了泥土里。我们开始了一场足球比赛。这很有趣。在我们意识到之前，两个小时过去了。
那天我明白了，虽然电子游戏很有趣，但没有什么能比得上真正的乐趣!
