在对生产体系进行智能化改造的大杨集团有限任务公司(以下简称“大杨集团”)服装定制工厂内我们看到,工人从电脑上远程接单后,利用智能排版系统,选好一件西装所需的各种面料,不到一分钟就能完成裁剪。
大杨集团总经理胡冬梅说:“我们最快的韶光,4 个事情日就可以交付。一个非常快捷的生产闭环,就让消费者把定制服装从高大上的很贵、(交付韶光) 很长、包袱不起的产品,变成触手可达的、可以随手买到。”
创建于 1979 年的大杨集团,拥有 4000 多名员工,紧张从事各种中高档服装产品的设计、生产、发卖,年服装综合生产加工能力 1100 万件(套),年洋装出口量600万件(套),年服装定制产量 200 万件(套)。85% 以上的产品出口,是环球最大的定制服装生产企业。

西装的私人定制在欧美日等发达国家发展较为成熟,大杨集团的西装订单中,定制西装霸占很大比重。对传统服装生产企业来说,私人定制这一向对小众的市场具有生产本钱高、制造周期长、难以大规模生产及推广等痛点。要想破解这一瓶颈,企业必须对生产流程进行变革创新,通过发展信息化技能、进行智能化改造,将供应链柔性程度不断优化。
2016 年起,大杨集团开始对生产体系进行智能化改造,目前累计投入2 亿元打造大杨集团环球服装智能化柔性定制工厂。
大杨集团以深度定制和即时体验为目标,打造了定制服装工业互联网做事平台 Ustyylit。通过平台化发展,打通服装消费与服装设计、生产、物料、物流、客服之间的数据链,根据消费者个性化的定制需求,驱动服装设计、面辅料采购、版型选取、生产组织、操持排产、仓储物流、运营管理,汇聚遍布环球的面辅料供应商、制造工厂、贸易商、品牌商、零售店铺等资源,通过数据互联互通、协同生产,实现环球服装个性化定制的按需柔性智能定制生产,为消费者供应新型的体验式服装定制服务,推动数字经济与实体经济领悟发展。基于该平台打造的“支持深度定制与即时体验的全品类服装个性定制化项目”入选 2020 工信部新型信息消费示范项目。
大杨集团通过运用自主开拓的高效生产管理信息系统,实现了上层数据集身分化、底层数据汇总剖析、生产过程即时更新的基于数据动态管理的数字化车间。通过加强根本信息系统平台的开拓,保障数据信息交流的稳定性、准确性,实现产品生产流程高效运转。

数字化面料存储仓库
Inside the garment factory of Dayang Group CompanyLtd. (Dayang Group for short), we see the workers finish tailoring a garment within one minute after they have received a remote order on the computer, completed smart typesetting, and selected the fabrics for the garment.
“We can deliver the suit in 4 days. In this way custom-made garment becomes reachable to the consumer who had previously to spend more money and more time,” said Hu Dongmei, general manager of the garment group in Dalian.
Established in the year 1979, Dayang Group has 4,000 employees and its business ranges from designing, producing, selling middle and top quality dress products. Its annual output amounts to 11 million pieces or sets. It exports 6 million pieces or sets of western-style dresses. Its annual custom-made garments are 2 million pieces or sets. As the largest custom- made garment producer in the world, 85% of its products are made for exportation.
Since 2016, Dayang Group has undergone a transformation in AI production system and invested 200 million yuan in making the enterprise an international AI garment producer in flexible customization.
By optimizing its AI production system, the group has placed its focuses on intellectualization and digitalization for the sake of its customers, suppliers, producers, and distributors. Its clients' personal needs are modulized before mass produced. Now its overall capacity in production has been increased and modernized. And the quality of its products has been improved and production cycle shortened.
Since China has adopted the policy of reform and opening up to the world, a generation of young consumers has shifted their interest to personalized fashions. They are the ones who have a stronger desire for custom-made costumes and consequently there's a great demand on the part of the customers.
According to Hu Dongmei, the price is more and more customer-friendly. A business suit cost almost 5,000 yuan if it was custom made in the past,while its price has been cut in half to 2,580, even if it is of purely wool fabric. If it is ordered by online promotion, the price can be further reduced to less than 1,000.
Today's Dayang Group has market networks in more than 20 countries and regions and its cooperative tailor shops amount to over 1,000. Its products include 7 categories of shirts, trousers, overcoat, lady's dress, and casual clothes. It has become a leading garment producer in the world in terms of its productivity, delivery, and quality.
